Refunds and Returns Policy


If you received a defective or wrong product, rather than returning it, please contact us within 72 hours from receipt of the product and we’ll give you a full refund. Why? We, at Kashmir Car Gizmo, believe that returning a defective item is counter-productive and we don’t want you to go through the hassle for something you’re not responsible for. So just tell us what went wrong, attach pictures, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible, please recycle your product.

Depending on your preference, we can refund your payment or give you a coupon code for the same amount which can be used to purchase any items in our store. If you choose a refund, we can only refund to the same credit card via the same payment method you used when you placed the order.

Reasons for refund include, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Item was not received.
  2. The product is defective upon receipt.
  3. A wrong item was delivered.
  4. Any other reasons caused by Kashmir Car Gizmo or the courier.

Replacements due to the reasons mentioned above will not be charged a shipping fee.


You have 72 hours after receipt of the item to check and decide if you keep the item or not. If you choose to return it, please contact Kashmir Car Gizmo customer support at [email protected] for the return address. A restocking fee of $10 per item will be charged except when:

  1. The item is defective upon receipt.
  2. Wrong item is delivered.
  3. Any other reasons caused by Kashmir Car Gizmo or the courier.

When returning items to Kashmir Car Gizmo due to reasons not mentioned above, the customer is responsible for the following:

  1. Shipping the items including the cost of shipping.
  2. Keeping the item in good condition (items that have been used, or damaged will not be accepted).
  3. Providing us a tracking number for the returned items.

Kashmir Car Gizmo will process your refund within 72 hours upon receipt of your returned items. All items will undergo a thorough inspection to make sure that all items returned are still sellable.

Reasons for denial of refunds or returns include, but not limited to, the following:

  1. The item has been used.
  2. The item has been damaged except when the damage is caused by Kashmir Car Gizmo or the courier.
  3. The item is no longer sellable.
  4. The item does not have its original tags and packaging.

Please follow these steps when returning the product you purchased:

  1. Contact Kashmir Car Gizmo support at [email protected] to get the return address.
  2. Make sure that the item is in good and sellable condition before packing the item.
  3. Pack the item properly with the original packaging and tags, including the original receipt and email confirmation.
  4. To avoid delays, please make sure that your name and order number is clearly visible on your package.
  5. Ship the items through your preferred shipping method.
  6. Send us the tracking number.
